Now, we’re looking for a killer media buyer to push our paid performance to the next level.
Your Role
We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and systems-minded Media Buyer who will:
- Manage $100K+/month in ad spend across Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Launch, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns for new customer acquisition and retargeting
- Collaborate with our creative team to test UGC, hooks, angles, and offers
- Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV) and constantly optimize to drive higher margins
- Identify scaling opportunities, set daily budgets, and run creative tests at a fast pace
- A/B test landing pages, funnels, and post-purchase flows to boost conversion
- Stay on top of platform changes and algorithm updates
What We're Looking For...
- Have scaled a DTC brand to 7–8 figures in revenue with Meta/TikTok ads
- Are obsessed with data and profitability, not just ROAS
- Can turn creative ideas into high-converting campaigns
- Are fast, analytical, and strategic — but also hands-on
- Have experience working with UGC-style content and influencer whitelisting
Bonus Points If...
- Have worked with wellness, fitness, or beauty brands
- Understand how to work with Shopify + Hyros/Triple Whale
- Have run ads for community-based or subscription add-ons
