Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our sales team.
This role involves managing high volumes of inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and consistently booking high-quality appointments for our closers.
This is not a beginner role.
We are looking for someone who already understands sales psychology, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
Responsabilities Include:

 Handle inbound leads via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and CRM

  Start conversations and build rapport with prospects

  Qualify leads based on internal criteria

  Book high-quality appointments for closers

  Maintain daily activity and booking targets
-
  Follow up persistently until contact is made or disqualified

  Keep CRM updated daily

  Collaborate with closers and sales managers

  Attend team meetings and performance reviews
Minimum Requirements:

 At least 6–12 months experience as a setterÂ

  Proven ability to book qualified appointments consistently

  Strong written English communication skills

  Experience working with CRM systems

  Availability for US EST time zone
