Your Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven, creative Email & SMS Marketing Strategist to:
- Write compelling email & SMS sequences to boost show-up rates for booked calls and live trainings
- Build and manage nurture campaigns to engage and convert our 20,000+ warm lead list
- Create high-converting flows and automations inside ActiveCampaign & Kajabi
- Strategize subject lines, timing, CTA hooks, and storytelling to drive open rates and clicks
- Work alongside our sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion and email-driven revenue
- You’ll be the voice in the inbox that makes leads pay attention — and take action.

What We're Looking For...
- Has experience writing emails and SMS copy for info products, online courses, or coaching offers
- Knows how to write to cold, warm, and hot leads using urgency, empathy, and persuasion
- Understands how to build show-up sequences for sales calls and webinars
- Is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, or similar tools
- Writes with personality, clarity, and conversion in mind — not fluff or filler
- Is proactive, analytical, and driven by performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Is comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns
- Wants to work with a high-performing, rapidly scaling company
- Takes ownership of their craft and is always looking to improve
