We are looking for a data-driven Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You'll manage budgets, own audience strategy, and turn creative assets into profitable, scalable campaigns.

Your work will directly impact lead volume, customer acquisition cost, and revenue growth, operating with the speed and precision required to scale a high growth e-commerce education brand.

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) across Feed, Stories, and Reels placements
  • Own budget allocation, bidding strategy, and audience targeting across all active campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance daily by monitoring ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and frequency, and make data driven optimizations
  • Scale winning campaigns and cut losers fast, ruthlessly prioritizing spend efficiency
  • Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, hooks, and offers to identify what scales
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are built for performance, not just aesthetics
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly reports for the leadership team
  • Stay ahead of Meta algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and platform trends
  • At least 2+ years of Meta media buying experience with proven results
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, placements, and bidding
  • Strong grasp of direct-response marketing principles: hooks, offers, funnels, and CRO
  • Proven experience managing significant ad spend ($10K+/month minimum)
  • Fluency in performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, LTV, NCPA
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal oversight
  • Fluent written English
  • Obsessed with data, performance metrics, and continuous optimization
  • Thinks in systems and frameworks, not one off fixes
  • Has a sharp eye for creative that converts and knows why a hook works before the data confirms it
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-sufficient and accountable. Owns outcomes, not just tasks
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to break personal records on ROAS and scale
  • Open to feedback and able to pivot fast based on performance data
