We are looking for a skilled and AI-fluent Paid Ads Editor to join our creative team.

You will be responsible for editing high-performing advertising creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Your work will directly impact ad performance, testing velocity, and campaign scalability — producing winning creatives at the speed only AI-enabled editors can deliver.

• Edit short-form advertising creatives for Meta — Facebook Feed, Instagram Feed & Reels
• Create direct-response ad creatives optimized for paid traffic campaigns
• Use AI video and image tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Midjourney, Firefly) to generate b-roll, avatars, voiceovers, and visuals
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok to brainstorm angles, write hooks, and script ad variations
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and engaging visual elements
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative briefs and testing frameworks
• Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback and metrics
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Mandatory: fluent, daily use of AI tools as part of your workflow — both text AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) and creative AI (Runway, Sora, Kling, Descript, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Firefly, or equivalents)
• At least 1–2 years of video editing experience
• Strong portfolio with ads, marketing creatives, or social content
• Familiarity with short-form content formats and social media trends
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Fluent written English
• Experience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar

• Obsessed with AI-powered creative workflows and constantly testing new tools
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and hook creation
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-sufficient and accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative testing environment
• Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to exceed expectations
• Open to feedback and able to improve quickly based on performance data
