When the course is purchased, you will automatically receive an email to create an email and a password.
Once you buy an e-book you will be granted access to create an email and password and then download the ebook.

REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer refunds on ourĀ coursesĀ if you have watched more than 20% of the course content.
If you have completed the entire Elite Ecom program and are unable to make a sale of your own following our exact processes laid out, using our exact systems shared, and with your consistent attendance and involvement with our community group calls and live sessions, we will give you a full refund.
Please note:Ā If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the course or the 8-week coaching calls you will not be able not be able to re-attend that call and it will count towards your allocated call slot.
We do not offer any cancellation of payment plans.Ā Once you access the course trainings or attend your first call we will not offer any payment plan cancellations or refunds.Ā If you still wish to cancel services we can pause the payment plan until you are ready to resume services but we do not offer refunds.

As mentioned above, all returns are discretionary. If you just downloaded the Training Material (PDFs, audios, videos, additional workbooks, and/or etc.), and then promptly asked for a return, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Because the point of the policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn't work, they can get their money back. It wasn't designed to enable people to steal the Training Material.
