Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and improve our sales operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales team, including appointment setters and closers. Your goal will be to ensure the team operates efficiently, follows the correct processes, and consistently improves performance.
You will play a key role in tracking sales metrics, improving systems, and helping scale the overall revenue generated through our sales channels.
Responsabilities Include:

Oversee and manage a team of appointment setters and closers

Monitor sales performance metrics and team productivity

Ensure the sales team follows the correct processes, scripts, and systems

Identify areas of improvement and help optimize the sales pipeline

Provide feedback and guidance to improve team performance

Track key KPIs such as show rates, close rates, and pipeline performance
Minimum Requirements:

1–2+ years of experience in sales

Experience working with sales teams, setters, or closers

Strong understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management

Fluent spoken and written English

Ability to work remotely and independently

Excellent organizational and communication skills
