🎯 Your Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, reliable Appointment Setter to:

- Follow up with leads who have booked calls to confirm, excite, and remind them.

- Reach out to leads who haven’t booked a call yet, and get them to schedule one.

- Engage with inbound leads from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube DMs/comments.

- Work hand-in-hand with our elite closer to maximize show-up rates and revenue.

You’ll be the bridge between curiosity and commitment.

💼 We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has experience setting appointments or engaging leads in DMs, SMS, or calls
- Knows how to build excitement and get people to actually show up
- Can confidently handle soft objections like “I’m busy” or “maybe later”
- Is quick to respond and highly organized (you don’t miss follow-ups)
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and with a friendly, human tone
- Is proactive, driven, and hungry to grow into a closer role
- Tracks performance daily and is motivated by results + performance pay
- Is comfortable working remotely and independently
- Wants to work with a high-performing, rapidly scaling company that’s growing fast
- Takes ownership of their role and genuinely wants leads to succeed
