We are looking for a skilled and AI-fluent Static Ad Editor to join our creative team.

You will be responsible for designing high-performing static ad creatives (images and carousels) for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Your work will directly impact ad performance, testing velocity, and campaign scalability — producing winning creatives at the speed only AI-enabled designers can deliver.

• Design static ad creatives for Meta — Facebook Feed, Instagram Feed & Stories
• Produce direct-response static ads optimized for paid traffic: image ads, carousels, before/after, UGC-style statics, product showcases, and infographic-style creatives
• Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram, Photoshop Generative Fill, etc.) to create unique, on-brand visuals at scale
• Combine AI-generated assets with product photography, strong typography, and conversion-focused layouts
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative briefs and testing frameworks
• Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback and metrics
• Manage multiple projects, variations, and tight deadlines with high output volume

• Mandatory: fluent, daily use of AI tools as part of your creative workflow (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly, Generative Fill, Ideogram, or equivalents)
• At least 1–2 years of graphic design or static ad design experience
• Strong portfolio with static ads, marketing creatives, or direct-response design
• Expert in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with direct-response advertising principles and current static ad trends
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Fluent written English

• Strong sense of visual hook, scroll-stopping design, and direct-response messaging
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative testing environment with high volume output

• Open to feedback and able to improve quickly based on performance data
