Full-Time · Remote Uncapped Commission

Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and consistently book high-quality appointments for our closers. This is not a beginner role — we need someone who already understands sales psychology, follow-ups, and performance metrics.

Requirements

At least 6–12 months experience as a setter
Proven ability to book qualified appointments consistently
Strong written English communication skills
Availability for US EST time zone
